These terms cover your use of services from Third Shift Systems ("we," "us"), including Solomon and Sunday Multiplier. By signing up or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms.

Services

Solomon is a website assistant we build and host for your organization. Sunday Multiplier turns your weekly sermon into written ministry content. Each plan includes the features listed on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.

Fees and billing

• Each plan has a one time setup fee and a monthly subscription fee.
• The setup fee and first month are charged when you sign up. Monthly fees renew automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• We may change prices for new customers. If we change the price of your current plan, we will give you at least 30 days notice by email.
• Founding rates for the first 10 Sunday Multiplier churches stay locked while the subscription stays active. A canceled subscription loses its founding rate.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Every Solomon plan includes a 30 day money back guarantee on the setup fee. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

Your content and information

• You own the sermons, documents, logos and information you send us, and you own the content we create from them for you.
• You give us permission to use that material only to provide and improve your service.
• You confirm you have the right to share the material you send us.

Review and accuracy

We review content before delivery and build Solomon from the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing content before you publish it and for keeping us informed when your details change. Solomon is an automated assistant and can make mistakes. It does not replace pastoral care, professional advice or emergency services.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, harmful or misleading purposes. We may suspend service that violates these terms.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
