This policy explains what information Third Shift Systems collects and how we use it.
Information we collect
- From customers: name, organization name, email, phone, billing details processed by Stripe, and the materials you send us, like sermon audio, website content, logos and frequently asked questions.
- From website visitors who use Solomon: the questions they type and the answers given, a session ID, the page they were on and the time. We do not ask Solomon users for payment information.
- From this website: basic technical information your browser sends, like device type and pages visited.
How we use information
- To build, deliver and support your service.
- To send service emails, like content deliveries, reports, receipts and account notices.
- To improve answers and content quality for your organization.
- To process payments and keep business records.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our services, like payment processing, email delivery, data storage, transcription and content generation. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Retention
We keep customer information while your account is active and as long as needed for business and legal records. Sermon audio files are deleted from our systems after processing. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Security
We use reputable providers and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for organizations and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new date.
