Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want every customer to feel good about working with us. Here is how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancel anytime

• All plans are month to month. There is no long term contract.
• To cancel, email accounting@thirdshiftsystem.com or call 336-327-0422.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full service until then.
• We recommend giving Sunday Multiplier 90 days to see the full impact on your church.

Monthly fees

Monthly fees are not refunded for partial months. When you cancel, you will not be charged again.

Setup fees

• If you cancel before we begin setup work, we refund your setup fee in full.
• Solomon 30 day money back guarantee: Every Solomon plan includes a 30 day guarantee. If Solomon is live and you are not satisfied within the first 30 days after launch, we refund your setup fee in full. No questions asked.
• Outside the guarantee, setup fees are non-refundable once setup work begins, because they cover the custom work done for your organization.

Founding rates

Founding Sunday Multiplier churches keep their locked rate while subscribed. If a founding church cancels, the founding rate ends. A returning church pays the current rate.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually post them within 5 to 10 business days.
